 We have a wide open floor plan! Our shop boast a wide open floor plan with over 15,000 feet of floor space, allowing us to fabricate larger parts than most shops our size. We are equipped with 2 semi truck docks, 2 ground level pick-up truck doors and a 10,000 lbs capacity fork lift! We can handle most of our Northeast Ohio customers requests!
Our Twinsburg Ohio fabrication shop offers complete fabricating including:
roll bending,
tube bending, sheet metal bending and forming, drilling, turning, machining,
welding, plasma cutting, sawing and just about everything needed to finish
the job.
We fabricate very large tube frame weldments for the heavy trailer industry, as well as machine frames and bases for heavy machinery manufacturers. Utilizing our 2 tube and pipe benders, as well as our new roll bender, we also manufacture hand rails, fence, aluminum swim platforms, marine products and more. We also are expert in aluminum mig welding and TIG welding. Our guys fabricate and TIG weld aluminum every day. We're so good at aluminum welding, we even weld aluminum for other weld shops! We also powder coat in-house! We truly are a one-stop-shop! At EXTREME FABRICATION, we don't just meet your expectations, we exceed them! |
