We pre-treat all parts with a high pressure, iron phosphate spray wash solution to clean, degrease and acid etch for maximum powder adhesion. Hand wiping DOES NOT etch the parts and can never get into all of the nooks and crannies! We iron phosphate all parts even after sandblasting to remove any grease or grime that may have come into contact with your parts during handling. Our $6,000.00 powder coating spray gun actually senses the nooks and crannies and fluctuates the degree of positive charge to allow full coverage of powder into the corners. We use two different styles of powder hoppers, a vibratory box and a fluidized hopper for metallics. Our unique powder coating spray booth offers the perfect powder coating finish you expect. Our extra large curing oven ensures an even bake temperature throughout...no cold spots. We actually powder coat for other powder coaters! Our Twinsburg Ohio powdercoat shop offers the specialized process you have come to expect.
